Fictional builder and director Mara Venn began in carpentry and site supervision before focusing entirely on substantial renovations. The practice combines pre-construction, site leadership and client coordination with an established network of designers, engineers, certifiers and licensed trades.
The team is deliberately small. The person who investigates the existing home remains connected to the person coordinating what happens when it is opened.
